River Siobhan

I am a traveling photographer, intimacy educator, permaculture teacher and tantric coach living in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Nevada County, California. While my home bases fluctuate between California & Oregon, I travel globally for photography projects, connection to land and for the growth of experiencing new cultures and places.

My journey in photography began as a mission to support mindfulness based creators and businesses. I resonate deeply with individuals & communities that bring about growth and healing to Self, Community & Mother Earth and I have worked with many nonprofits, businesses, creatives, and farmers during my travels.

My artistic expression has evolved into a powerful medium through which I create safe spaces where individuals and couples can explore their innermost selves. Rooted in the principles of sacred eros, somatics, and conscious communication, my sessions are designed to celebrate the beauty of each person's authentic expressions of intimacy.

As a trauma-informed boudoir photographer, I understand the profound impact that our lived experiences can have on our relationship with our bodies and sensuality. My commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment extends to individuals of all genders, backgrounds, and orientations. Women, men, BIPOC, and queer individuals of a wide umbrella of orientations and expressions are not just welcome; they are celebrated.

My work is driven by the belief that photography can be a transformative tool for self-discovery and empowerment. Through my lens, I aim to illustrate the essence of each individual's expression, fostering a sense of self-love and acceptance. Every session is an opportunity to explore the beauty of presence and pleasure, the art of sensuality, and the profound connection between body and spirit.
